Joseph is an experienced litigator and has appeared before the courts and tribunals to argue for his clients on numerous occasions. Most often though, his pragmatic approach to successfully settling disputes is achieved with his strong listening and negotiating skills.
Joseph focuses his practice on family law, construction and commercial litigation, including builders’ lien disputes.
His family law experience is extensive and includes all types of matters from separation agreements, division of assets, spousal support, and child custody issues. He brings sensitivity to these matters, but concentrates on delivering results for his clients.

He also advises clients on immigration, employment and estate matters.
