A strong negotiator who takes a pragmatic approach to settling disputes, Joseph’s practice is focused on family law, employment, commercial, and estate litigation. With over 16 years at the Bar, he is an experienced litigator who has appeared before all levels of our provincial courts.
He brings great sensitivity to his family law practice. He listens to his clients and strives to seek effective settlements, even in contentious issues of separation, division of assets, spousal support, and child custody. He always has his clients’ best interests at the forefront.
On employment, commercial, and estate matters, Joseph seeks cost-effective strategies for dispute resolution, involving mediation whenever possible, to help his clients bring their issues to a close and return to normal life as quickly as possible.
A multilingual individual who has lived in Europe, Asia, and North America, he is ready to serve BC’s diverse, multicultural population.

Interests / Community Engagement
Joseph is a volunteer with Access Pro Bono as resource speaker for non-profit organizations. In his spare time, Joseph skis and hikes with his son, hosts mini tea parties with his daughter, and critiques films he enjoys watching with his wife.
