Nicole Tam

Associate

Nicole’s practice is currently focused in the areas of civil, property and estate litigation. Nicole has appeared as counsel in BC Provincial Court and BC Supreme Court. She has experience acting for clients in mediations and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Nicole strives to obtain the best possible results for her clients while upholding the core values of respect and courteousness.

Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Victoria in 2008. She articled at a leading litigation boutique firm in Vancouver. Most recently, she practiced insurance defence litigation, in Vancouver. Nicole Tam is an experienced trial lawyer who joined Cohen Buchan Edwards LLP as an associate in 2023.
